The condition for placing an order is to be at least 18 years of age. The ordering process is as follows:

8. PURCHASE AGREEMENT

o if the product is not available,

o if the billing data is incorrect or cannot be verified;

o if the security systems classify the order as an unusual order or if your order raises the suspicion of fraud,

o if the bank transfer/blocking is not done on time,

o if there is reason to believe that you are under the age of 18,

o if the quotation is incorrect,

o if we cannot deliver to the address you provided,

o in the event of unavoidable external circumstances.

9. DELIVERY LIMITATIONS - COUNTRY OF DESTINATION

o We cannot accept PO Box addresses and military postal addresses (APO).

o We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

o We only deliver to EUROPE via our website (hermelynskin.eu).

10. DELIVERY

We will do our best to deliver the ordered products within the deadline specified in the individual order confirmation sent to the User. However, the deadline given in the notice is not a guaranteed delivery time, and therefore we cannot be held responsible. The User is responsible for the correctness of the delivery address provided in the order; and the User must bear the costs incurred due to the wrongly communicated delivery address.

All products are SNOW LEOPARD s.r.o. It will be shipped from H-subsidiary company. If the product you ordered is not delivered within the specified time, please contact us by entering your customer code or order number. In such a case, you can terminate the sales contract and, as compensation, you can only demand full reimbursement of the consideration (compensation) of the relevant products from us.

At the same time, you can also choose to define a new delivery deadline according to the given circumstances and request that SNOW LEOPARD s.r.o. If no one is at the specified address during the delivery time, please contact the courier service and agree on another delivery time. 11. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR FAULTY DELIVERY

At the time of delivery, you must ensure that the shipment is not defective. If you have a problem with your order, please follow the return process described in point 12, but in the case of a product return due to a defect in the products or a mistake made by us, we will also cover the costs of the return. If the given product is available to us, we will send you a new "Delivery Notification Email" and immediately send you the replaced product at our own expense.

12. RETURN PRINT

H agreed to return the shipment, follow the procedure specified in this point 12. You can act in the same way in the case of the provisions of point 11, if you exercise your legally guaranteed right of withdrawal/termination.

Step 2: Pack the product to be returned (not yet used, with the original label, user manual, warranty card or other hanging tag) in its original packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Step 3: Please print the return label and stick it on the return shipment. The return label will contain all necessary information, such as your name, address and return address, your telephone number, the product number and/or description of the product being returned, and the return number. 13. CONTRACT BETWEEN DISTANT PARTIES - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/TERMINATION

You may not exercise your right of withdrawal in the case of a non-pre-manufactured product that has been produced based on consumer instructions or at an express consumer request, or that is clearly customized.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without reason. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal/termination expires: (i) 14 days after the product has been received by you or a third party appointed by you - with the exception of the courier service - or (ii) in the case of several ordered products, 14 days after You or a third party designated by you - with the exception of the courier service - also received the last product.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal/termination by notifying us of your relevant decision with a clear statement (by letter, post, fax or e-mail).

In order to be able to validly exercise your right of withdrawal/termination, it is essential that you send us your relevant statement within the withdrawal/termination period.

Legal consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the sales contract, we will refund you the amount you paid as consideration (this does not apply to the additional costs that resulted from you not choosing the least expensive standard mode of transport offered by us).

Depreciation resulting from use in excess of the use necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

The amount you paid as compensation will be refunded to you immediately, but no later than within 14 days of learning about the cancellation.

The returned amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment method you used. If, based on your express consent, we still use another payment method, you will not be charged any additional costs as a result.

Please return the products as indicated on the return form, the cost of which is borne by you and you are responsible for depreciation resulting from use that exceeds the use necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the products. Please do not return the products in a way other than that indicated on the return form, but if you do so, you are obliged to bear the cost and the resulting risk.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(a) for damages unforeseen by the parties at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, which occurred during the performance of the products and related services by us or their use by you;

(b) for damages that do not arise as a result of our breach of contract;

(c) for business or commercial damages.

The extent of our liability in connection with the sales contract may not exceed the purchase price of the relevant products.

SNOW LEOPARD s.r.o. H-subsidiary company is obliged to deliver the ordered products to you in accordance with the sales contract.

15. ACCESSORIES WARRANTY, PRODUCT WARRANTY

(a) accessory warranty:

In the event of faulty performance, you can assert a warranty claim against us in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code. You can - according to your choice - make use of the following accessory warranty claims: you can request repair or replacement, unless the fulfillment of the claim you have chosen is impossible or would involve additional costs disproportionate to the fulfillment of other demands for us. If you did not or could not ask for the repair or replacement, you can request a proportional delivery of the compensation or you can repair the defect at our expense or have it repaired by someone else, or in the last case you can withdraw from the contract. You can switch from your chosen accessory warranty right to another, but you will bear the cost of the switch, unless it was justified or we gave reason for it.

You are obliged to report the error immediately after discovering it, but no later than within 14 days of discovering the error. At the same time, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can no longer assert your accessory warranty rights beyond the 1/2 year limitation period from the completion of the contract.

Within 6 months from the date of delivery, there is no other condition for validating your accessory warranty claim other than reporting the defect, if you prove that the product or service was provided by SNOW LEOPARD s.r.o. It was provided by H-daughter's company. However, after 6 months have passed since the performance, you are already obliged to prove that the defect you recognized already existed at the time of performance.

(b) product warranty:

In the event of a product defect, you may - at your option - enforce your right specified in point (a) or a product warranty claim. As a product warranty claim, you can only request the repair or replacement of the defective product. The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time it is placed on the market, or if it does not have the properties included in the description given by the manufacturer. You can assert your product warranty claim within 2 years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. After this deadline, you will lose this right. You can only exercise your product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the product. You must prove the defect of the product in the event of a product warranty claim. The manufacturer (distributor) is exempted from its product warranty obligation only if it can prove that a) the product was not produced or marketed as part of its business activities or b) the defect was not recognizable according to the state of science and technology at the time of marketing or c ) the defect of the product results from the application of legislation or mandatory official regulations.

It is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove one reason for exemption. Please note that due to the same defect, you cannot assert a claim for accessory warranty and product warranty at the same time, in parallel with each other. However, if your product warranty claim is successfully asserted, you can assert your accessory warranty claim for the replaced product or repaired part against the manufacturer.
